Alliin and S-allyl-L-cysteine in Garlic
LC-MS: Method for simultaneous analysis of functional ingredients in rice bran oil
The Scherzo SM-C18 and Unison UK-Amino columns successfully separate the small, polar ascorbic acid related compounds in normal phase mode.
The Scherzo SM-C18 column is able to retain a highly polar compound (multiple phosphate groups) better than a standard C18 column.
Unison UK-C18 column can separate out the small, polar molecule components of coffee bean extract due to the lower density of C18 ligands. The column can generate 219 peaks, which shows all of the components of the extract.
Both Unison UK-C18 and Scherzo SW-C18 can separate out components of coffee extracts, but Scherzo SW-C18 can resolve the peaks of caffeine and ferulic acid better.
Simultaneous HPLC/LT-ELSD Analysis of Polyols, Mono-,Di- and Oligosaccarides
Malachite Green and Metabolite
Sulfamic acid and cyclamic acid can be separated by either reversed phase or normal phase chromatography. Reversed phase gives better peak shape while normal phase gives better run time.
Cadenza HS-C18 successfully separates out small molecules like Estradiol and metabolites from bovine serum. The sample chromatogram looks almost identical to the standard chromatogram.
Unison UK-Amino is able to separate inositol (an acidic compound) in normal phase/anion exchange mode. This column recognizes inositol from a mixture containing a variety of components.
Separation properties for acidic compounds on CL-C18
Analysis of coenzyme Q10, a dietary supplement used for its antioxidant action, with various columns.
Separation of short chain cable fatty acids without modifying the functional group.
Caproic acid and its methylvaleric acid isomers are separated with high resolution using our 500mm long column.
High-speed separations with Unison UK-C8 150mm column compared with a 5um 250mm column popular on the market.
Superior separation of US-C18 compared to competitor columns.
Comparative separation of organic acids with various stationary phases of the Unison series.
Comparative retention of the highly polar compound acrylamide in the Unison series using 100% aqueous mobile phase.
Simultaneous analysis of 15 water-soluble vitamins in beverages and dietary supplements with multi-mode ODS column using LC-MS/MS
High Throughput simultaneous analysis of 39 amino acids in various foods without derivatization using LC-MS/MS
