PRESTO FF-C18: NEW COLUMN TECHNOLOGY
Presto FF-C18: We are excited to announce the launch of the Presto FF-C18 - the world's first non-porous high resolution ODS column! Presto FF-C18 consists of C18 bonded to monodispersed 2um non-porous silica. It is useful for both biopolymer and synthetic polymer separations.

Presto FF-C18 has the following advantages:
- High efficiency with low flow rate compatible with conventional HPLC systems
- Separates almost any polymer including bio-polymers and synthetic polymers
- Amazing number of peaks for peptides and proteins
- Different selectivity from porous ODS columns
- 250mm length high-resolution column with 2um particle

SCHERZO SM-C18: NEW COLUMN TECHNOLOGY
Scherzo SM-C18: We are very pleased to announce the launch of Scherzo SM-C18, the world's first multi-mode ODS column. Many compounds related to pharmacology, food, and biochemistry are highly polar. These compounds are difficult to retain by reversed-phase analysis without the use of ion-pairing additives in the mobile phase. We have overcome this disadvantage with a revolutionary phase structure called "Multi-mode ODS." This technology uses uniformly blended packing material consisting of two types of porous silica particles: 3um silica substituted with ODS+cation ligands and 3um silica substituted with ODS+anion ligands (Figure 1). This novel multi-mode ODS column, named Scherzo SM-C18, enables a multi-separation mode, consisting of: anion exchange, cation exchange, normal phase, and reversed-phase.
