Scherzo SW-C18, Weak Ion Exchange C18: the SW-C18 consists of a lower density of strong anionic and cationic ligands as well as C18 ligands.

These two variations of the Scherzo column (SM-C18) provide for a wider range of retention of polar ionic compounds. Retention on these new columns can be controlled by adjusting the pH and/or salt concentration.
